Veg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 2 cups (boiled)
Carrot - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Beans - 4 (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped)
Cabbage- 1/2 cup (thinly chopped)
Spring onions - few (chopped)
Pepper powder - 1 1/2tsp
Ajinimotto-1/4 tsp
Soyasauce- 2 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 3 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add the Green peas, carrot,beans and fry for some time.
Fry in high flame for 1 to 2 mins.
Add the capsicum,cabbage and spring onion fry this again for 2 mins.
Do not saute it for a long time as the colour of the veggies will change.
Add the aginimotto and soya sauce to it.
Add salt and pepper. fry for 2 min.
Now add the boiled palin rice to the above mixture and fry until getting the smell of fried rice and stir continuously.
switch off the stove and Serve hot with veg manchurian or with tomato sauce.
