Butter Naan

Ingredients:
All purpose flour/Maida - 2 cups
Yeast - 1 tsp (fresh or dry)
Sugar - 1 tsp
Butter - 1/2 cup
Cooking soda - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 2 tsp (warm)
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt/Curds - 1/2 cup(enough to make smooth dough)
Method:
Mix yeast, warm milk and sugar together, keep aside for 10 minutes.
Mix maida, salt, oil, yeast mixture and enough curds to make a smooth and firm dough. cover with wet cloth and Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
Make the small pieces of dough and roll out a ball of dough into an oval naan or desired shape.
Heat the aluminium tawa or pan put the naan and fry on both the sides until it becomes fuffy.
If the naan faces the open fire. The naan will bloat up and brown blisters will form.
Apply butter on both sides.
Serve hot with Palak paneer, Butter chicken, paneer butter masala or any other gravy item.
