Fried Idly

Ingredients:
Idlies - 4
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Carrot - 1 (small, chopped)
Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Beans - 2 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Cabbage - 100gms (chopped)
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the idlies into small pieces (or whatever shape you want).
Heat oil in a tawa and fry the onions till gold in colour.
Then add the chopped vegetables and cook until the veggies are done.
Now add all the powders and finally add the idly pieces and mix everything together.
Add salt and garnish with coriander/cilantro.
Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
