Noodles

Ingredients:
Noodles - 100 gms
Garlic and Ginger - 2 tsp ( chopped)
Onion - 1 ( chopped)
Carrot, Beans, Cabbage,Capsicum - 1 cup (chopped)
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Boil the noodles in salted hot water.
Add a teaspoon of oil in noodles and cook for 3 to 5 minutes and then hold under running cold water.
Now drain the water from noodles and keep a side.
Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped garlic, ginger and onion. Stir-fry for 2 min.
Add chopped beans,carrots,cabbage and capsicum. Fry for 1min in a high flame.
Add boiled noodles, soya sauce, chilli sauce and mix well.
Stir-fry for few minutes.
Serve hot with tomato sause.
