Ingredients:
Prawns - 500 gms
onions - 2(big & finely chopped)
tomatoes - 2(finely chopped)
red chilli powder - 1 1/2tsp
crushed ginger,garlic - 1 tbsp
garam masala powder - 1tsp
green chillies - 2(finely chopped)
salt to taste
coriander powder - 2tsp
oil - 4tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Method:
Clean and wash the prawns well.
Heat oil in a kadai and sauté the onions on a medium flame till golden.
Add tomatoes, salt green chillies and crushed ginger-garlic.
Cook on a low flame till the tomatoes are tender.
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder.
Cook till oil separates. Add prawns and little water.
Cook on a low flame till the prawns are done.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot rotis.
