Ingredients:
Sooji - 2cups ( Semolina fine,upma ravva)
Sugar - 2cups
Fresh Coconut - 2cups (Grated)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Almond Nuts - few for garnish
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Heat Ghee on low flame and fry Almonds until light gold in colour.
Then add Semolina/ravva and fry for five minutes, stirring constantly.
Now, add grated coconut and fry for five minutes on medium heat.
Remove from heat and add sugar ( no need to fry or graind), milk, cardamom powder. Mix well.
Then roll into balls, about the size of golf balls and grnish with Almonds.
store in a airtight container.
