Ingredients:
Potatoes - 500 gms.
salt to taste
red chilly powder - 1tsp
oil for deep fry
Method:
Cut the potatoes into thin long pieces using chips slicer.
Add salt and sock in water for 10 min.
dry it on a large sheet of paper.
once it is dried, deep fry in oil until it turns crisp.
Add red chilly powder, salt and mix well.
