Ingredients:
rice-1cup
potatoes-2
peas-1/2cup
carrot-2
mint leaves-1 bunch
green chilles-5to 6
ginger-1/2 '' piece
haldi-pinch
lemon juice-2 tblsp
oil-3 to4 tblsp
jeerigae-2tblsp
fresh grated coconut-1/2 cup
Method:
make rice in cooker cool it by spreading it in a bowl.
clean and boil peas also.
mean while grind, mint leaves, green chilles, ginger, jeerigae, coconut(donot add water / can add coconut separetly without grinding) .
Heat oil in a kadai, add carrot, aloo pieces fry for about 3 min.
add boiled peas, ground masala, turmeric powder, salt, pinch of sugar and fry well
add rice, lemon juice and mix well.
serve hot with raita...
