Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
red tomatoes -500 gms (cut into big pieces)
water - 3 to 4 cups
garlic - 5 cloves
onion - 1(sliced)
butter - 1tbsp
flour - 1 tbsp
bread slices - 3 (cut into cubes)
cheese -2 cubes (grated)
oil for deep frying
coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
Pressure cook the tomatoes with water, garlic and onion on a medium flame till 3 to 4 whistles. Cool it completely. Blend the tomatoes with a hand blender. Strain the soup mashing the tomato mixture well. Lightly heat butter in a non-stick vessel. Add flour and saute on a low flame till gold in colour. Cool it for few minutes. Add the kept aside tomato soup and stir continuously with another hand to avoid lumps. Bring to boil. Boil on a medium flame for few minutes. Deep fry the bread pieces in hot oil till golden colour. Serve hot with salt, pepper, fried bread cubes,coriander leaves and grated cheese.
