Mysore Bajji

Ingredients:
Maida (All purpose flour) - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Thick curd - 3 cups
Salt to taste
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves (chopped)
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Mix maida flour, Rice flour and curd to make thick batter with out any lumps.
Keep it aside for 4 to 6 hours(better to keep over night).
Add salt, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and baking soda. Mix well.
Heat oil in a deep bottom vessel, take small quantity of batter with hand or spoon and slowly drop in to hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or peanut chutney or any other chutney.
